The Buffalo Bills will likely be without running back LeSean McCoy and wide receiver Sammy Watkins on Sunday against the New York Giants, head coach Rex Ryan told reporters Wednesday.

“Will Sammy play, I'm not sure,” Ryan said, adding that McCoy “doesn't look good.”

McCoy, 27, sustained a hamstring injury during training camp in August and has not been fully healthy since then.

Watkins was diagnosed with a mid calf strain during Buffalo's 41–14 win against the Dolphins on Sunday, and has been day-to-day since.

In three games this season, McCoy has 146 rushing yards, 83 receiving yards and one touchdown, while Watkins has seven catches for 99 yards and one touchdown.

The Bills are 2–1 heading into Sunday’s home game.
