As the fourth Sunday of the 2015 NFL season ended, the Dallas Cowboys were again hit with injuries. Running back Lance Dunbar was helped off the field with an apparent left knee injury during Sunday’s loss to the Saints, and linebacker Sean Lee left the game with a concussion. Quarterback Tony Romo is still recovering from a broken collar bone, and won’t be eligible to return until Nov. 22 in Week 11 against the Miami Dolphins.

The Cowboys (2–2) aren’t the only team whose players sustained injuries this week. Other notable injuries from Week 4 are listed below:

Miami Dolphins cornerback Brent Grimes left Sunday’s 27–14 loss to the New York Jets in London with a knee injury in the first quarter. Linebacker Chris McCain sustained a hip injury at the end of the first quarter. Outside linebacker Jelani Jenkins left with stinger symptoms after he was hit in the shoulder, but later returned to the game.

• Jets safety Calvin Pryor sustained a knee injury in the fourth quarter after a collision with a receiver. Linebacker David Harris (quadriceps), running back Bilal Powell (groin) and defensive lineman Leonard Williams (ankle sprain) also sustained injuries.

• Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler returned from a hamstring injury he sustained in Week 2 against the Cardinals, and led the Bears to their first win of the season over the Oakland Raiders. Center Will Montgomery left the game after the first possession with a broken leg.

• St. Louis Rams linebacker Alec Ogletree will require surgery on his ankle after being carted off the field in the third quarter of the Rams’ 24–22 win over the Arizona Cardinals. Ogletree could be placed on injured reserve with a designation to return.

• San Diego Chargers wide receiver Malcom Floyd left the game in the first half after sustaining a concussion on a hit by Browns linebacker Nate Orchard. Cornerback Brandon Flowers also left with a concussion.

• Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy could be out another three to four weeks after an MRI showed a new tear in his hamstring, keeping him out until at least Week 7 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

• Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck sat out the first game of his four-year NFL career on Sunday with an injured right shoulder. Matt Hasselbeck started in his absence, leading the Colts to an overtime win over the Jaguars. NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport reported Luck is expected to return to play in Thursday’s Week 5 contest with the Houston Texans.

• Detroit Lions linebacker DeAndre Levy (hip) and tackle Corey Robinson (ankle) did not travel with the team to Seattle, where they will play the Seahawks on Monday Night Football. Running back Joique Bell (ankle) and tight end Brandon Pettigrew (hamstring) are also not expected to play.

• Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch (hamstring) and defensive lineman Brandon Mebane (groin) will not play against the Lions.
