DeSean Jackson back for Washington after missing 6 games
Seven-time Pro Bowl left tackle Jason Peters is one of three starters inactive for the Eagles for their game at Dallas on Sunday night.
Lane Johnson shifts over from right tackle to make his first career start on the left side, and Dennis Kelly takes Johnson's spot at right tackle. Peters injured his back in Week 7.
Linebacker DeMeco Ryans is out for the second straight game because of a hamstring injury. Rookie Jordan Hicks takes his spot in the lineup. Wide receiver Nelson Agholor misses his third game in a row because of an ankle injury. Josh Huff starts in his place.
The Cowboys (2-5) remain without quarterback Tony Romo, who broke his collarbone against the Eagles (3-4) in Week 2. Matt Cassel makes his third start since replacing Brandon Weeden, who was benched after going 0-3.
