The league will also continue its partnership with CBS, which broadcasted seven Thursday night games in 2015. Under the new agreement, both CBS and NBC will broadcast five games.

The NFL Network will have an exclusive rights to broadcast eight Thursday and Saturday games late in the season.

The NFL is also in discussions with digital partners about OTT streaming rights and could announce a deal in the near future.
