Tuesday February 2nd, 2016

Lady Gaga will sing the national anthem before Super Bowl 50, the Associated Press reports.

The pop star will take the field at Levi’s Stadium and sing “The Star-Spangled Banner” before the Carolina Panthers square off against the Denver Broncos.

Gaga recently won a Golden Globe for her role in American Horror Story: Hotel, and is nominated for an Oscar for best original song for “Til It Happens To You”, from The Hunting Ground. She is a six-time Grammy award winner.

Coldplay and Beyoncé are set to perform at halftime of the game.

Super Bowl 50 kicks off at 6:30 ET on CBS.
