The Oakland Raiders have signed linebacker Bruce Irvin, the team announced Thursday.
Irvin played in 15 games for the Seattle Seahawks last season, recording 38 total tackles and 5.5 sacks. Seattle drafted Irvin in the first round of the 2012 NFL draft.
In his career, Irvin has 22 sacks in 58 games. He became a free-agent after his four-year rookie contract expired after last season.
The Raiders have been active in free agency. Oakland is also expected to sign guard Kelechi Osemele to a five-year contract when the new league year begins on Wednesday.
