The NFL owners meetings concluded on Wednesday, capping off four days where the league’s leaders met in Boca Raton, FL. Among the most noteworthy news to come out of the meetings, touchbacks will be brought out to the 25-yard line and players will be ejected after two unsportsmanlike conduct penalties.

• Cleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson is “open to the possibility” of signing Griffin, reports SI's Don Banks.
