The Dallas Cowboys have re-signed restricted free-agent safety Jeff Heath to a four-year deal, the team announced Wednesday.

The details of the contract have not yet been released.

Heath has played in 46 games with Dallas over the last three seasons, making 103 tackles and three interceptions. He made one start at safety in 2015, but sees most of his time on special teams.

Arrest warrant issued for Rams’ Tre Mason for failing to appear in court

Heath originally signed with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Division II Saginaw Valley State in 2013.
