Carolina Panthers running back Cameron Artis-Payne was arrested Sunday for speeding, according to North Carolina records.

Artis-Payne was stopped early Sunday morning after going 102 mph in a 65 mph zone on Interstate 85 in North Carolina. Bond was set for the second-year NFL player at $5,000. He was reportedly released after spending roughly 30 minutes in jail, and will make a court appearance on July 15 for the incident.

In his rookie season in 2015, Artis-Payne appeared in seven games for the Panthers, recording 45 carries for 183 yards and one touchdown.
