The Cincinnati Bengals have released linebacker A.J. Hawk, the team announced Tuesday.

Hawk, 32, recorded 24 tackles in 16 games last season, his first with the Bengals after nine seasons with the Green Bay Packers.

The Bengals signed another veteran outside linebacker, Karlos Dansby, last month.

Hawk, who won the Super Bowl with the Packers in 2011, has missed just two games in his ten-year career. He has averaged 94 tackles per season, though 2015 was the least productive year of his career to date.

The Bengals finished 12–4 in 2015, winning the AFC North before falling to the Steelers in the AFC Wild Card Round.
