Former Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon pleaded guilty to misdemeanor DUI on Wednesday, according to court records.

Blackmon, who was arrested for DUI in December, is currently serving an indefinite suspension from the NFL for his third violation of the league’s substance abuse policy. He will be sentenced in June.

The December incident marked the second time that Blackmon had been arrested since he was suspended during the 2013 season. He was cited for marijuana possession in July 2014. Dating back to his college playing days at Oklahoma State, he has been booked a total of four times, including one other DUI citation.
