Reports: Bears, QB Brian Hoyer agree to deal

The Chicago Bears have agreed to terms with free-agent quarterback Brian Hoyer, according to multiple reports.
After the signings of Brock Osweiler and Brandon Weeden over the off-season, Hoyer was released by the Texans earlier in April in a move that saved Houston around $4.8 million.
The veteran signalcaller completed 60.7% of his passes in 2015, throwing for 2,606 yards and 19 touchdowns with seven interceptions in 11 games.
He struggled in the AFC wild card game against the Kansas City Chiefs, throwing four interceptions and recording just 136 yards through the air in a 30–0 loss.
Hoyer began his career in New England, backing up Tom Brady from 2009–2011, before spending time with the Cardinals and Browns. He landed his first starting gig during the 2014 season in Cleveland, throwing for 3,326 yards and 12 touchdowns with 13 interceptions in 14 games.
