The NFL has penalized the Baltimore Ravens one week of organized team activities after the team used pads during rookie minicamp.

The Ravens announced the forfeiture of the OTAs (June 1–3) on Thursday, in addition to undisclosed fines for the organization and head coach John Harbaugh.

“We made a mistake and we are sorry for that,” the Ravens said in a statement. “We accept the NFL discipline.”

The team reportedly used pads during a five-minute segment of a special teams punt drill, gear that is not permitted until training camp begins.

Baltimore will miss three of its 10 allotted OTA workouts.
