The Dallas Cowboys have taken the top spot on Forbes’ list of the most valuable sports teams of 2016. This marks the first time the list was not led by a soccer club since the rankings began in 2011.

The No. 1 position was held by Real Madrid for the past three years, and by Manchester United in 2011 and 2012. Dallas’ value is estimated to be $4 billion, which is a 25% increase from last year. Real Madrid comes in at $3.65 billion.

Barcelona, the New York Yankees and Manchester United complete the the top five. NFL teams take 27 of the 50 spots on the list.
