Detroit Lions tight end Eric Ebron was carted off the field with a leg injury during the team’s mock game on Saturday.

According to the Detroit Free Press, Ebron could be seen holding the area around his ankle and Achilles as he laid on the field. Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reports that Ebron did suffer an Achilles injury.

23-year-old suffered the injury while blocking on a run play.

Ebron, the No. 10 pick in the 2014 NFL draft, played in 14 games last season, including eight starts, making 47 receptions for 537 yards and five touchdowns.

He is expected to play a big role in Detroit’s offense this season, and has worked as the No. 1 tight end through camp.
