Miami has won seven of eight overall, team's best run since winning nine of last 10 in 2008. ... Victory would give Dolphins first season sweep of Jets since 2009. ... Teams last met in Week 9, when Jets took 23-20 lead on Jalin Marshall's 18-yard TD catch with 5:42 left. But Kenyan Drake returned kickoff 96 yards for TD 27 seconds later for winning score. ... QB Matt Moore will start as replacement for Ryan Tannehill, who'll miss first game of five-year career after straining left knee last week. Moore's last NFL start was Jan. 1, 2012 - a Dolphins victory over Jets, with current New York coach Todd Bowles serving as interim Miami coach. Last week, Moore replaced Tannehill in third quarter and led Dolphins on winning drive vs. Cardinals. ... RB Jay Ajayi needs 44 yards rushing for 1,000, but averaging just 3.1 yards per carry in past three games. ... WR Jarvis Landry needs 77 yards receiving to reach 1,000 for second straight season, joining Mark Clayton, Mark Duper, Irving Fryar, Brian Hartline and Brandon Marshall as only Dolphins to reach mark in consecutive seasons. He has 273 career receptions, most in NFL history by player in first three seasons. Landry leads Giants' Odell Beckham Jr. by seven catches. ... With 79 1/2 sacks, DE Cameron Wake needs 1 1/2 to surpass Jason Taylor for most by Dolphins player in first eight seasons. Needs 2 1/2 to move past James Harrison (81 1/2) for second in career sacks by undrafted players. ... In last four games, rookie WR Robby Anderson leads Jets with 263 yards receiving on 15 catches. LB David Harris had 10 tackles last week, giving him 1,235 for career - four more than Mo Lewis for second on franchise list. Kyle Clifton is leader with 1,471 from 1984-96. ... Fantasy Tip: Ajayi ran for 111 yards vs. Jets in last meeting, his last 100-yard game. After Hyde ran through New York's defense last week, Ajayi could be in for another big day.
