Ingredients

  • 1 15.5-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed, drained, and patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Directions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss chickpeas in olive oil and paprika and spread on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast until crispy, shaking pan halfway through, about 20 minutes.
