will hurt the Rams
' offense greatly. (Chris Lee/MCT/ABACAUSA.COM)
Danny Amendola was noticeably frustrated after injuring his clavicle Thursday night against Seattle, an injury that will keep him out for between one and two months, but his situation could have turned out to be much, much worse.
FOXSports' Jay Glazer reported Sunday that the dislocated clavicle that Amendola suffered could have put his life in danger, also adding that the injury Amendola suffered is one that is sometimes seen in fatal and near-fatal car accidents.
Amendola's absence could significantly hamper the Rams' offense -- Amendola leads a thin St. Louis receiving corps with 32 catches for 395 yards this season. Brandon Gibson and Chris Givens should be more involved in Amendola's absence.
