Chuck Pagano made his emotional return to the Indianapolis sideline on Sunday, and even divisional rivalries were thrown out the window when it came to saluting the Colts' head coach.
Pagano, who was diagnosed with leukemia in early October, missed 12 games while undergoing treatment. During that time the Colts used the phrase "Chuckstrong" as a rallying cry -- and it worked, as Indianapolis won 10 of its final 13 contests (including Sunday's game against Houston, 28-16) to reach the playoffs as an AFC wild-card team.
Upon scoring a rushing touchdown in the third quarter, Houston running back Arian Foster slapped a "#CHUCKSTRONG" banner that hung from the back of the end zone, then bowed, as he often does following touchdowns.

Pagano said after the win that watching the team play was "[si_launchNFLPopup video='afbf3e15fd4945fc91dbb1341363e76d']the best medicine I received.[/si_launchNFLPopup]." After the game, cameras caught Pagano celebrating his victorious return in the Colts locker room. This GIF via SBNation:
