Chance Warmack Selected No. 10 by Tennessee Titans
The Tennessee Titans clearly have committed major resources this offseason toward keeping Locker clean and opening holes for Johnson, first with the free-agent signing of Andy Levitre and now with the selection of Alabama guard Chance Warmack. That Levitre-Warmack combo could be one of the best in the NFL next season, and it fits right into the mold of head coach Mike Munchak.
Warmack sat No. 2 on the Audibles Big Board for months, just behind Luke Joeckel. Of all the players in this draft, he might be the most capable of dominating at his position for the next decade.
Maybe he doesn't run that well and get out into space the way that North Carolina's Jonathan Cooper will. He also won't lose many battles along the interior of the line, and he can handle any pass rush thrown his way. Grade: A. This might end up going down as one of the best picks in the draft. The Titans let a little bit of chaos ensue above them, then grabbed perhaps the best lineman available -- after four other linemen had been picked.
