The Denver Broncos have not been able to stop Jacoby Jones lately. Jones' teammate, Brynden Trawick unfortunately may have done the job instead.

As Jones dropped back to fair catch a punt in the second quarter of Thursday's season opener, Trawick slammed into him, sending both players crumbling to the ground. (Video above courtesy of CJ Fogler.) Jones limped slowly off the field and into the locker room, and NBC's Michelle Tafoya reported that Jones had suffered a knee sprain on the play. Jones, as you might remember, delivered the game-changing TD catch late in Baltimore's playoff win at Denver last season. He opened Thursday's game with a nice rhythm, too, catching three passes in the first quarter-plus.
