A woman jumped from the third deck of Oakland's O.co Coliseum on Sunday, injuring her and a bystander who attempted to catch her, according to multiple reports.

According to NBCBayArea.com, an unidentified woman made her way into a closed-off section of the stadium and it's believed that she jumped intentionally. That report stated that several people on the 200 level tried to talk the woman out of jumping.

"She jumped anyhow, and one guy tried to catch her," Sgt. J.D. Nelson told NBCBayArea.

ABCLocal reported that she landed on the second fan some 60 feet below. Both people were in critical condition as of Sunday night.

It wasn't the only accident of the weekend. The Baltimore Sun is reporting that a fan remains in serious condition after falling on the steps of M&T Bank Stadium during the Ravens-Jets game. Per the Sun, the man's brother went to the bathroom and returned to find his brother "lying 'in a pool of blood,' surrounded by stadium staff at the bottom of the staircase in Section 521, where the two had been sitting." The fallen fan was scheduled to undergo brain surgery Sunday night.

This is the second weekend in a row that this sort of incident has occurred. Last Sunday in Buffalo, a fan attempting to slide down the railing of the stadium's third deck fell backward onto another fan in the 200-level of seats. Both of those people also were hospitalized.
