Hearing your name called on draft day is the dream for hundreds of NCAA football players. In May, that dream will become a reality for more than 200 of them.

UCF quarterback Blake Bortles has skyrocketed up draft boards by virtue of his size and athleticism, but he believes that it's his competitiveness that will ultimately set him apart from the other QBs in the 2014 draft class.

"That's just the way I was brought up -- to outwork the guy next to you," Bortles said. "My mindset at a young age was, I'm going to make sure I'm that one guy that works harder than everybody else."
