The 2014 NFL Draft is just over a month away and some of the top prospects in the draft class are beginning to distance themselves from their peers. One of the players with the widest gap between himself and the next best player in his position group is North Carolina tight end Eric Ebron.
Mike Mayock of the NFL Network was recently raving about Ebron's talent, saying the tight end would be a top-10 talent in any draft.
"He's athletic, he catches the ball easily, he's a natural hands catcher," Mayock said, via NFL.com. "Everything I've seen about Ebron screams top-10 talent."

If Ebron does slide out of the top 10, Mayock says he "won't make it past No. 15" with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
While Mayock says Ebron is a natural pass-catcher, he dropped more than 11 percent of his targets in 2013, and there are concerns about the consistency of his hands. However, his athletic ability will likely cause a team to fall in love with him and overlook that slight concern.
If Ebron is to land in the top 10 selections, as Mayock suggests, one of the best fits would be the Buffalo Bills, who hold the ninth overall pick.
