The Titans and 32-year-old defensive end Shaun Phillips have agreed to a two-year deal worth $6 million, including $2.5 million guaranteed, according to Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean.

The 2010 Pro Bowler played nine seasona for the Chargers before spending last year in Denver, where he had 10 sacks and five pass deflections.

Phillips has career totals of 79.5 sacks, seven interceptions and 22 forced fumbles, but his best attribute may be his durability -- he's missed only eight regular-season games in 10 seasons.

His one major injury issue came in 2011, when a lingering foot injury held him to 12 games and 3.5 sacks, the lowest total of his career.
