Miami Dolphins' Mike Pouncey says he has no regrets about 2013 bullying accusations
While Richie Incognito was at the forefront of the bullying scandal the Miami Dolphins faced in 2013, many forget that starting center Mike Pouncey was also implicated in Ted Wells' investigation.
On Tuesday, prior to the Dolphins opening up their OTAs for this season, Pouncey seemed to be in complete denial about the entire situation.
When asked by the media in attendance whether or not he had any regrets about last year, Pouncey pretty much answered with a flat-out, "No."
“No, not at all,” he said, according to the Miami Herald.
Following what happened last year, Pouncey was ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation, something he hasn't done yet, mainly because in his mind he doesn't believe it's warranted. When asked what he believed the session would entail, he made it well known that he doesn't believe he needs to sit down with a professional.
“I have no clue, but I don’t think I need that. I don’t think I do.” Given the ripple effect of what happened last year had, it's not exactly the smartest move for Pouncey to make it known that he's purposely skipping out on a big part of his punishment.
