Cleveland Browns not concerned with Johnny Manziel's off-the-field antics

In the weeks since he was drafted, Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel has been spotted leaving a club with a bus full of women, partying hard in Las Vegas over Memorial Day weekend and apparently intoxicated on an inflatable swan at a San Antonio pool party.

Needless to say, Manziel has been enjoying the comforts of NFL life.

One would assume the Browns organization isn't thrilled with Manziel's party hard mentality, but according to head coach Mike Pettine he and the Browns are fine with Manziel's off-field activities, given he puts in the proper work.

“He’s a young guy. He’s done everything that we’ve asked. The playbook has not been an issue for him,” Pettine said. “Internally, we have an expectation for all of our players outside of the building to act a certain way, and it’s really a non-issue. Just like everybody else, he’s a man and we’re gonna treat our guys like that until proven that they need to be treated otherwise. I’m not going to micromanage our players outside of the building.”

Pettine went on to suggest that if you were to follow around other players on the roster with a camera, you'd find them in some rather unique predicaments, though, taking a small rib at Manziel, he stated you likely wouldn't find them out on an inflatable pool toy.
