The Florida Panthers have re-signed restricted free agent Dmitry Kulikov to a three-year deal, George Richards of the Miami Herald reports.

According to TSN, the new contract is worth a total of $13 million. The defenseman just completed a two-year deal worth an average annual value of $2.5 million.

Kulikov was drafted No. 14 overall in the 2009 NHL draft by Florida. The 23-year-old scored a career-high eight goals and had 11 assists in 81 games with Florida last season. He had a -26 plus-minus ratio.

The only Panther who remains unsigned is Jimmy Hayes, who is scheduled to go to arbitration if a new deal is not signed before then.
