Rangers forward Chris Kreider was blessed with a few gifts at birth that set him on a path toward NHL stardom. But if he ever reaches his potential, it will be hard work, and not his genes, that gets him there.

The gang over at Men's Journal broke down the grueling sessions that not only give Kreider one of the most explosive first steps in the NHL, but also allow him to perform this amazing pool trick.
