Sabres forward Evander Kane has been arrested on a misdemeanor criminal trespass charge, according to The Buffalo News.
The charge stems from a June 24 incident at a Buffalo bar. Kane is accused of putting his hands on three women and a bouncer, grabbing the neck of one woman, and grabbing the throat and pulling the hair of another woman while trying to force her into a car.
“The bouncer told him to knock it off,” a police source told the News. “He put his hands on the bouncer, who could have crushed him, but the guy didn’t want to hurt him. It’s all on tape.”
Video of the incident exists, according to the News.
Kane was accused of raping a woman in December 2015 but no charges were filed.
Kane, 24, had 35 points in 65 games for Buffalo last season. He was suspended for one game for missing practice after partying at the NBA All-Star Game in Toronto.
