Aston Villa has signed forward Gabriel Agbonlahor to new four-year deal, the club announced Wednesday.
Agbonlahor is Aston Villa's all-time leading Barclays Premier League goalscorer. Since he made his debut in March 2006, the 27-year-old has scored 68 goals for Villa.
"I can still remember my debut and the past 10 years have gone by crazy quick," Agbonlahor said. "To be able to contribute still to the Club after 10 years - and hopefully for the next four, too - is a real source of pride for me and my family.
"The Club has been great to me and the fans have been great, even through the difficult times we've experienced, too."
Agbonlahor, who joined the club's youth academy in 1994, is now signed with Villa until June 2018.
The forward also has three caps for England.
Villa has gone 2-1-0 in its first three matches of the Premier League Season and is tied for third with seven points.
