Barcelona striker Neymar has returned to training after injuring his ankle last weekend, the club announced.

Neymar participated in an individual workout on Monday, and was back with his teammates for Tuesday's practice. Neymar, who missed the La Liga opener after injuring his left ankle, left Barcelona’s 5-0 victory at Levante on Sunday after an opponent fell on his leg.

The club also announced Rakitic returned to action from a bruised foot.

Barcelona leads the Primera División with 12 points through four games and plays Malaga in its next fixture on Wednesday.
