Sergio Aguero scored in the second half of Manchester City's Champions League round of 16 clash against Barcelona, cutting the Citizens' deficit in half.

Barcelona held a 2-0 at halftime thanks to two goals from Luis Suarez.

With City's chances of overcoming the deficit becoming ever slimmer, Aguero received a David Silva back-heel flick in the 69th minute and blew a shot across the body of Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen.

Last season, Barcelona defeated Manchester City 4-1 on aggregate in the round of 16.
