Mix Diskerud scored a brilliant equalizer for the United States in the 41st minute of the team's friendly against Germany on Wednesday.

Streaking down the left flank, the NYCFC midfielder latched on to a perfect lofted ball from Micahel Bradley, took a touch with his chest, and finished on the half-volley with his opposite foot in a karate-kick motion to complete one of the more stylish goals the U.S. has scored recently.

The goal cancels out Germany's opener, scored when Mario Götze finished from the center of the box after a solo run from Patrick Hermann. It's Diskerud's sixth goal for the United States.
