Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero scored five times in 20 minutes Saturday against Newcastle to equal the Premier League record for goals in a game.

Aguero, 26, netted an equalizer just before halftime, then scored in the 49th, 50th, 60th and 62nd minutes before being substituted in the 66th minute.

The Argentine hadn’t scored in his previous five Premier League games.

Only Andy Cole, Alan Shearer, Dimitar Berbatov and Jermain Defoe have scored five goals in one Premier League game.

Man City defeated Newcastle, 6–1.
