U.S men’s national team forward Jordan Morris scored two goals to help Stanford win its first national title, defeating Clemson 4–0 on Sunday.

Morris scored the match’s opening goal, 87 seconds into the game, when he received a pass deep in the box and shot the ball into the right corner of the net.

The junior scored again in the 51st minute, Stanford’s second goal of the game, as he dribbled through two Clemson defenders to place a low shot on goal.

Morris’ second goal of the game was his 13th of the season. Stanford’s 4–0 win on Sunday was the largest margin of victory in a Men’s D-I final match.

Morris, 21, just completed his junior season with the Cardinal. He made his international debut last November and scored his first international goal in April against Mexico.
