New York City FC is embarking on its second MLS season with a new secondary jersey and a unique way of unveiling it.

In a video on the club's website, NYCFC had Andrea Pirlo, David Villa and Kwadwo Poku go to an Italian food business, pub and youth program, respectively, to reveal the new look to the vastly different populations that make up New York City.

The new kit has gradients of blue centered on the NYCFC crest over the heart, with lettering in orange to pay homage to the blue and orange in the New York City flag.
