Lionel Messi added a late score to seal Barcelona’s 3–1 Champions League victory over Arsenal, sending a delicate flick over David Ospina to wrap up the series.

In the 87th minute, Messi took a short ball in the box from Neymar after the latter‘s pass attempt was deflected back to him, beat the last defender and scooped up a chip shot into the opposite end of the net to finalize the result.

Barcelona advances to the quarterfinals, 5–1 on aggregate.

Arsenal was eliminated in the round of 16 for the sixth straight season with the loss.
