Geoff Cameron gave the United States a 2–0 lead over Guatemala with a goal off a Michael Bradley free kick in the 35th minute of Tuesday’s World Cup qualifying match.

Bradley fired an in-swinging cross into the box, and Cameron found the other end of the kick, heading in the ball for the U.S.’s second goal of the first half.

The goal followed one by Clint Dempsey, who opened the scoring in the 12th minute. The goal was Cameron’s third in his last five international matches.
