Juventus fans have grown accustomed to winning Serie A titles, but that hasn't taken away their creativity.

Fans at Juventus Stadium in Turin put together a phenomenal tifo display to send off their champions in style during Saturday's season finale against Sampdoria. One end of the stadium displayed the Bianconeri colors, while the other a variation on the Italian flag. In between down one of the sides of the arena, fans spelled a giant "HI5TORY," with the numeral marking the fifth straight Scudetto won by Juventus this season.

Juventus then ran with that energy and raced out to a 3-0 lead 37 minutes into the game.

Juventus will aim for a sixth straight title next season with Gianluigi Buffon back in goal after the 38-year-old goalkeeping legend signed an extension through 2018 this week.
