Mexico and Venezuela meet Monday with the top spot on the Copa America's Group C on the line.

Mexico looks to extend its 11-game winning streak. El Tri opened the tournament with a 3-1 victory over Uruguay and a 2-0 win against Jamaica.

Venezuela has never defeated Mexico in 12 games between the two sides. Mexico is 2–0 against Venezuela in the Copa America.

Venezuela’s back-to-back 1–0 wins over Jamaica and Uruguay to open the tournament made history: It was the first time in history that Venezuela won consecutive games in the Copa America.

The winner of this game will avoid a meeting with Lionel Messi and Argentina in the quarterfinals.
