U.S. men’s national team prospect Julian Green scored three times in the first half of Bayern Munich’s 4–1 win over Inter on Sunday in the International Champions Cup. It took just 35 minutes.

Green, 21, put Bayern up 1–0 in the seventh minute with a right-footed shot from the left side of the six set up by a David Alaba Cross. Then, 23 minutes later, he snuck another ball past goalkeeper Samir Handanovic, and added his third goal in the 35th minute by booting home a cross from Rafinha from close range.

Green has been attempting to win a spot with Bayern’s first team. He provided the difference on Sunday.
