The summer transfer season is in full swing, with European powers loading up for the campaigns on the horizon with the summer's international competitions in the rear-view mirror.

Manchester United (Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Henrikh Mkhitaryan) and Manchester City (Leroy Sane, Nolito, Ilkay Gundogan) have already spent big, with more major moves appearing to be on the way for the two rivals, while their competitors both in England and abroad position themselves for the seasons that are a mere weeks away from beginning.

Jese set for PSG move: Real Madrid's Jese Rodriguez is headed to PSG, Bein Sports reports. The two clubs have reportedly reached an agreement for the move, which will be competed in the next 72 hours.

Draxler wants out of Wolfsburg: A dynamic talent could be available, as rising Germany star Julian Draxler, 22, reportedly told Wolfsburg days after Euro 2016 that he wants to leave the club, according to Bild. His manager, Dieter Hecking, however, has said the club won't selling him.

Chelsea tries to buy back Lukaku: Romelu Lukaku has reportedly told his teammates he wants to leave Everton this summer. Chelsea reportedly wants to buy back the striker that it off-loaded to the Toffees, but it would cost £75 million. Chelsea evidently is holding firm and will only spend £67 million on the transfer.

Schweinsteiger back to Bayern? There appears to be no place under Jose Mourinho at Manchester United for Bastian Schweinsteiger, and a move back to Bayern Munich could be in the works, according to Sky Sports.

What does Mahrez want? According to Algerian reports, it's a move to Arsenal. Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri says Mahrez is distracted by the transfer rumors surrounding him.

Everton agrees on Williams deal: The Toffees are closing in on signing Wales captain Ashley Williams away from Swansea City in a £10 million move that has reportedly been agreed upon by all parties.

Berhaino decision forthcoming: Saido Berahino has wanted out of West Brom for some time, and his wish could be granted within 24 hours. Stoke City and Crystal Palace have reportedly submitted £20 million bids for the forward.

Tigres would let Gignac go to Barcelona: Responding to reports of Barça interest, the Mexican club's manager says it would not stand in the way of a move. There has not been any contact between the two sides.

De Laurentiis welcomes Milik to Napoli: After netting a massive haul for Gonzalo Higuain, Napoli appears to be wasting little time in replacing him, with the club's owner Aurelio De Laurentiis tweeting a welcome to Poland star Arkadiusz Milik. He most recently played for Ajax.

Pogba finishes vacation, move still not complete: After time in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, Paul Pogba will reportedly fly to England to complete his long-awaited record transfer to Manchester United.

Moyes eyes his old Man United players: New Sunderland manager David Moyes is reportedly hoping for a reunion with two of his former players at Old Trafford: Marouane Fellaini and Adnan Januzaj.

Leicester City continues to add: The Premier League champions have reportedly agreed to a £7.5 million fee with Cracovia for 19-year-old Polish winger Bartosz Kaputska, who starred for Poland's Euro 2016 side.

Newcastle triggers Diame's clause: Mohamed Diame is involved in a tug of war between Newcastle and Hull City after the relegated side reportedly triggered his £4.5 million release clause. Hull wants to keep Diame and has offered him a new contract. 

Llorente wants to stay put: Swansea City wants to sign Fernando Llorente, but the Spanish forward reportedly wants no part of leaving Sevilla.

Pogba passes Man United medical–in L.A.: Paul Pogba is ever-so-close to his record-breaking transfer to Manchester United after reportedly passing his physical–in Los Angeles. As Manchester United continues its preseason prep, Pogba is on vacation in the United States.

Mahrez set to stay at Leicester: Express reports that Riyad Mahrez will remain at Leicester City with significantly improved wages and pass up a potential move to Arsenal.

Arsenal set to up its Lacazette bid: After having a previous bid for Alexandre Lacazette denied by Lyon, Arsenal will reportedly come back with an improved €41.4 million offer for the France striker.

West Ham leads battle for Ayew: The Hammers are reportedly out in front of Liverpool and Chelsea in the races to sign Swansea's Andre Ayew.

Schweini on way out of Manchester? After retiring internationally from Germany, Bastian Schweinsteiger could be cut loose by Manchester United as well as Jose Mourinho looks to trim his roster.

Pogba move nears its completion: Paul Pogba's agent, Mino Raiola, is reportedly putting the finishing touches on the anticipated move from Juventus to Manchester United.

Arsenal opens Mustafi talks: With Per Mertesacker out for months with a knee injury, Arsenal is in need of reinforcements at center back. His German countryman Shkodran Mustafi could be an answer, with the Gunners reportedly in talks with Valencia for a £25.3 million move, though no offer has been made. 

Rangers denies RVP move: Rangers manager Mark Warburton denies all the speculation linking the club to former Arsenal and Manchester United forward Robin Van Persie. "There is no substance behind it whatsoever," Warburton said.

Robson-Kanu to Spain? Wales's Euro 2016 standout Hal Robson-Kanu is a free agent and has reportedly been contacted by Sevilla and Atletico Madrid.

Chelsea bids for Napoli defender: Chelsea has reportedly bid £38 million for Napoli's Kalidou Koulibaly, a 25-year-old center back.
