Yeovil Town midfielder Matthew Dolan scored an impressive goal from inside his own half in an EFL Cup matchup against Walsall.

The match went into overtime after neither team scored during regulation time. The first score of the game came 13 minutes into extra time when Walsall forward Amadou Bakayoko deflected Yeovil midfielder Kevin Dawson’s header into his own net.

Dolan cemented the victory for his team in the 111th minute with the lengthy strike.

Yeovil defeated Walsall 2–0. The club is set to take on Luton Town on Saturday.
