Chris Pronger Leaves Game After Taking Stick To The Face

Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Chris Pronger left Monday night’s game against the Toronto Maple Leafs after taking a stick to the face, according to Yahoo! Sports.

Maple Leafs center Mikhail Grabovski's stick hit Pronger on a follow-through. Pronger fell to the ice and then quickly skated off to the locker room, yelling in pain. Video of the play can be found here.

TSN’s Bob McKenzie tweeted that Pronger is seeing an eye specialist because of swelling.
