Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Vince Young is being sued by a Dallas Strip club manager after allegedly punching him in the face last year, according to ESPN.

The owner, Creiton Kinchen, claims that Young struck him “suddenly and without provocation” at the club, according to a lawsuit filed in Dallas today. The incident reportedly occurred June 12, 2010 when Kinchen refused to convert $8,000 off of Young’s credit card into single dollar bills for him to use at the club.

At the time of the incident Young was cited with misdemeanor assault. Young, 28, grew up in the Texas area and helped the University of Texas win the 2005 National Championship.
