According to a report from Mike Triplett of the Times-Picayune, New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram sat out practice on Thursday and "appears unlikely to play" in Sunday's game at the St.Louis Rams.  Ingram injured his heel in the fourth quarter of Sunday night's blowout win against the Colts.

Linebacker Jonathan Vilma also sat out practice, according to Triplett, but that isn't unusual for the veteran player, and Vilma is likely to play. The team has not yet made an official announcement on either player's status.
