Tim Tebow Approves Of Tebowing

Tebowing -- defined in no less an authority than the Wall Street Journal as "to get down on a knee and start praying, even if everyone else around you is doing something completely different" -- has been a thing since Monday.  According to the WSJ, the concept was popularized by Jared Kleinstein, a Denver Broncos fan in New York, after Tebow led Denver to an improbable fourth-quarter comeback against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

Monday night, Kleinstein started his Tebowing Tumblr, and he bought tebowing.com the following day.

It took only until Thursday for the Broncos' new starting QB to take notice of the fad in a series of Tweets.

First Tebow tweeted the definition of the fad, adding "Love it!"

He followed up by sharing his favorite #tebowing tweet of the day, from young cancer survivor (and Philadelphia Eagles fan) Joey Norris, noting "Praying for you and God bless you big man!"

And finished by teasing his Broncos teammate, rookie linebacker Von Miller, for his own tebowing tweet.  "as for this one from @MillerLite40," Tebow wrote, "http://yfrog.com/nxaz2ivj you know that jersey is too big for you bro haha"

The debate over Tebow's fitness as a pro quarterback has yet to be resolved, but no one can doubt his ability to navigate the world of celebrity and social media.
