Browns Hillis Questionable, Massaquoi Out

The Cleveland Browns could possibly be without two offensive weapons Sunday when they travel to San Francisco. The Cleveland Plain Dealer is reporting that WR Mohamed Massaquoi is out with a concussion, while RB Peyton Hillis remains questionable with a hamstring injury.

Hillis did not practice Friday but did make the trip with the team. Montario Hardesty will start if Hillis is unable to go. Hardesty rushed for 95 yards on 33 carries last week in a win over the Seahawks. Whoever starts will be up against the NFL's 2nd stingiest rush defense in the 49ers.
