Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick suffered two broken ribs on his lower left side, coach Andy Reid told reporters in his weekly press conference.

The Eagles lost to the Arizona Cardinals 21-17 onSunday, dropping to 3-5 on the season. According to Reid, they may also lose their star quarterback for next Sunday’s game against the New York Giants.

“It’s too soon to say whether he’ll be able to play Sunday night,” Reid said. Vick was 16-34 on 128 yards with two interceptions and no touchdowns.  The former NFL Comeback Player of the Year has been plagued with injuries this season suffering a concussion in Week 2 and a broken hand in Week 3.
